Refund policy
Overview
All products sold through this store are digital products (for example: downloads, templates, presets, project files or other digital assets).
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, all sales are final once access to the digital product has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
This policy applies to all purchases made on this website, whether by consumers or businesses.

No returns & no change-of-mind refunds
Once you complete your purchase and the digital product is made available to you (for example by download link, account access, or email delivery):

We do not accept returns, and

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you:

change your mind,
-
decide the product is not what you expected, or
-
no longer need or want the product.

Please review product descriptions, previews, demos and requirements carefully before buying.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law (such as rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content).
EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal (14-day “cooling-off”)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK and you buy online, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (the legal cooling-off period for distance contracts).
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (like downloads and streams), the law allows you to lose this 14-day right if all of the following are true:

You explicitly request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day period, and

You explicitly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered, and

We confirm the contract and this consent in a durable medium (for example, by email).

At checkout, we may ask you to tick a box confirming that:

you request immediate access to the digital product, and
-
you understand that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

Once you have given this consent and access to the product has started, you no longer have a legal right to withdraw just because you changed your mind.
If, for some reason, we do not obtain valid consent from you in this way and you have not yet started downloading or accessing the product, you may still be able to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal as provided by law. In that case, contact us at billing@selcio.com with your order number and we’ll explain the process.
Defective or non-conforming digital products
Independent of any “no refund” policy, EU and many other jurisdictions give consumers rights when digital content is faulty or does not match the contract (for example: wrong file, corrupt file that cannot be used, or a product that clearly does not match the description).
If you believe your digital product is defective or not as described:

Contact us at billing@selcio.com within a reasonable time after you notice the problem.

your name,

order number,

the product name, and
-
a description of the issue (screenshots or error messages help).

Where required by law, we will first try to bring the product into conformity (for example, by providing a corrected file or updated download). If that is not possible or legally sufficient, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund for the affected product, in line with applicable consumer protection rules.
Chargebacks and unauthorised payments
If you notice an unauthorised charge on your payment method, please:

Contact your payment provider immediately, and

Email us at billing@selcio.com with your order details if you have them.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are inconsistent with this policy, particularly where the digital product has already been downloaded or accessed.
